Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 Important information:  When you receive your order, please check the condition of the packaging. If the packaging is damaged, please write “Visible damage in packaging, contents to be checked” on the receipt. In addition, it is essential that you check the products inside the packaging to confirm the integrity of the order. If you identify any damaged or missing products, you must report this within 24 hours so that we can activate the insurance and proceed with the claim with the carrier. If there is no visible damage, the cargo must be checked within 5 days and any nonconformity must be reported to Vicoustic within that period. If these steps are not taken, we will not be able to make any claims with the carriers and, consequently, we will not be liable for any damage or theft.

Shipping Destinations

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Charges and Estimated Delivery

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vicoustic is not responsible for these charges.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at expeditions@vicoustic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes
